About David

David grew up in Dubuque, IA and graduated from the University of Dubuque (B.A.), University of Northern Colorado (M.A.) and St. Mary’s University of MN (Ed.S.). As a natural educator David spent over 27 years serving as a teacher, coach and administrator. He has been active in the investment property business since the early 2000’s and enjoys “educating” other potential buyers, sellers, investors on making the most out of the buying, selling & investing process. Having bought/sold multiple properties himself, David brings a detailed understanding of the process and a strong desire to assist you in making the best choice as a buyer, seller or investor. He is a “Top Producer” with the MN Real Estate Team and believes the integrity of a person is demonstrated through their actions and how they treat others. He will always be honest and fair with his clients. His daughter, Madalynn Brendon, joined him in real estate mid 2021. She has a B.S. in Biology and an M.S. in Environmental Policy, Conservation, and Management.
